Software Engineering Growth uses optional Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this site and may display advertisements through Google AdSense when advertising is enabled.
Analytics choices
Google Analytics can collect information about page visits, browser and device details, and interactions. It uses cookies such as _ga to distinguish visits. Analytics is enabled by default. You can turn it off through our self-hosted Klaro banner or Cookie Settings in the footer. We remember your choice on subsequent visits. Declining analytics does not prevent you from reading the site.
Klaro stores your preferences in your browser’s local storage under klaro-consent. You can also remove stored cookies and local storage through your browser settings.
Advertising choices
When enabled, Google AdSense and its advertising partners may use cookies, local storage, IP addresses, and device information to deliver, measure, and personalize advertisements, subject to your choices and applicable requirements. Google manages advertising consent separately from Klaro through its certified consent message. Where offered, use Advertising privacy settings or Google’s Privacy and cookie settings link to review or withdraw your choices.
Advertising consent does not grant Analytics consent. Available ads depend on Google’s ad selection and your privacy choices. We use AdSense controls to improve relevance to software engineering, but some ads may cover other topics.
